This very fancy bay mare demands your attention with her very presence and her "look at me" attitude. After celebrity famous Scottsdale AOTH Champion stallion Tammen died in 1999 his daughters became rare treasures that continue to produce at the international and championship level. Lyday Farms is fortunate to have two in residence: FM Khaleen, owned in partnership with Ron Hunter and David Secrest of Dallas, and our foundation broodmare Princess Tammen.
FM Khaleen's daughters are already making their mark in Egyptian breeding. Her beautiful gray daughter, Khallika, by Israeli National Champion *Ben Malik delivered a foal by Canadian Thee Desperado son, True Colours in 2004. Her Insignia DeSha filly LF Amber Star will soon join the ranks. Khaleen is bred back to Insignia DeSha for a 2006 foal. The breeding of Tammen daughters with Thee Desperado and his sons is a champion producing golden cross.
